Teams show up once they:
1. Join via Lobby — Enter team name and exercise ID in the lobby
2. Set Team Context — Confirm team name and exercise ID in the "Start Scenario" dialog
3. Start the Game — Click the "Start" button to begin a scenario
The team will then appear here with their exercise ID. If you don't see teams, verify they've completed all three steps above.

Pause / Resume
Freeze or unfreeze the selected team's session.
What pausing does: while paused the team cannot take actions or
start the next turn — all buttons are blocked server-side. Their screen shows a full-screen
"paused" overlay within 8 seconds. Use it for group debriefs or to synchronise teams.

Force event
Trigger a scripted scenario event on the selected team, bypassing normal timing.
Events are pre-scripted escalations (e.g. "ransomware spreads"). Normally they fire
automatically; forcing one lets you control pacing. The team will see it on their next
interaction or within 8 seconds via background refresh.

Push a custom text event into the selected team's timeline (high severity).
Use for out-of-band injects: CEO phone call, regulatory notification, press inquiry.
Appears in the team's timeline within 8 seconds (background refresh) or immediately
after their next interaction.

Apply to all teams in the exercise simultaneously.
These operate on every saved game that matches the Exercise ID above.
Pause all before a group debrief; Resume when ready;
Broadcast injects the same message into every team's timeline at once.
All teams will see the effect within 8 seconds.
